Hello. I have a Canadian bf and I am from the Philippines. We are 1 yr in a relationship and he already visited me here in the Philippines twice. My bf wants me to stay with him in Canada but our problem is he is still married but his wife and my bf is already separated for more than 3 yrs. We want to get conjugal partner sponsorhip, so is that possible or I will be eligible to get that kind of visa? Thanks

Unlikely a conjugal application would be approved for a couple of reasons. As he’s already visited you, there are no real immigration barriers to your relationship. Divorce is legal in Canada, so he could get a divorce and marry you. Chances of a TRV will depend on YOUR ability to satisfy the visa officers concerns.

So conjugal partner sponsorship visa is the best visa that I need to get? My Canadian bf wants to get divorce but his wife is asking some big money so my bf can't afford that yet.

As noted, it’s highly doubtful you would qualify as conjugal. There are no real barriers in your relationship. A conjugal application would be refused.
But he can't divorce cause his wife don't want too unless he can give her money as what she wants. So what kind of visa do I need to get? I can't get tourist visa tho cause I don't have a regular work here. Then we can't get married in the Philippines cause he is still married in Canada. Help me pls to suggest what is the best way. Thank you

Spousal (even child) support in Canada has a "fair" way of being computed. It doesn't matter if the wife wants more money, if the wife cannot prove her need AND the ability of the husband to provide it (yes, both must be proven), then she will lose. Canada will want the wife to attempt to be SELF-SUSTAINING if reasonable to expect her to. So IMO, your boyfriend should just file for divorce and pay what the law dictates he pays OR go to the Philippines and live with you for a year to become common-law. Conjugal will NOT work, it is NOT the best option.

Sorry but if that's what your boyfriend said, that is BS. Canada does not let its citizens/residents be held under blackmail. He CAN apply for divorce, why he hasn't is definitely NOT because his wife is supposedly requiring a lot of money. Try to read about divorce in Canada before you believe him.

I mean he can file a divorce but his wife wants some more money. So he don't want to pay that

Again, his wife CANNOT require more money if she CANNOT prove that:

1. She NEEDS it
2. She cannot get it ON HER OWN
3. That her ex-husband ACTUALLY HAS THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE IT

if she is holding him under ransom then he can ask his lawyer to file a motion to make an order based on the threats.

And if your boyfriend doesn’t want to pay his wife the money that is BY LAW, owed to her, then that is a different story.

To sum it up, HE CAN FILE A DIVORCE AND LET THE LAW SPEAK TO WHAT HE NEEDS TO PAY OR he can keep avoiding it. His choice.

Ok, thank you. But what is the best way that I can get visa? Is it true Canada has no fiancee visa?

No fiancee visa but even if there was one how can you qualify since he doesn’t want to file for divorce?
