Conjugal Partner Sponsorship - Doubts

Surprisingly, even as a visitor I was able to have a lease agreement, utility bills (energy, water and internet) and even buy a car. My problem is that is very rare to sustain the visitor status for a year in a row, specially after getting 2 study visa refusals. Work permits are very hard to get in that spot too..

I might try to visit her in the and we will keep to our plans of getting married, but probably a little bit sooner than expected. it's a great relationship and I don't want to ruin it by rushing things.

Actually, apps to extend visitor status to become common-law and apply for sponsorship are rarely refused. The study permit apps will go against you but pay the PR fees and show sufficient finances and you have a shot.

Im reading this thread and i hope i can find some help here

I am married but filed my TRV (for the purpose of visiting my partner in Canada) lastyr as single..for reasons i got rejected for the TRV.

But since there is no divorced in the philippines ,my partner whos now a canadian citizen and i shared lovely relationship now for more than a year and a half.. can we consider the conjugal sponsorhip? Will the CIC look on my previous application wherein i declared in TRV my status as single?
