Conjugal partner does it apply to me

Hello

I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend from canada for 8 months and I will try applying for Travel visa tho I have my doubts about that as I am a student an dont have enough funds.
I want to apply for conjugal partner visa with him

1. While legally inter caste and inter race marriages are allowed in India legally, I am an atheist from a muslim family ... I would never be really allowed to be with him without forcing him to convert which neither of us want
2. We cant meet because i am not allowed to go anywhere without male escort. He cant come visit me here because if we are seen together , it would a dangerous situation for me

3. We have exchanged gifts and speak on skype for 20-30 hours at a time for months now .

Will conjugal apply for us?

I should add that he has sent me financial assistance once....

I might be able to get to meet him in another country and we are working on this tho its not really hopeful because it would require me to run away from home and hope my parents take me back when I return or else count on their letting me take this break.

So what do you expect will happen if a conjugal PR app is approved, your family will suddenly let you move to Canada with him and say everything is ok?

Also legally a conjugal relationship for immigration purposes requires minimum 1 year time together. You also need to show much more than just a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. Based on the information you have provided, I doubt that a conjugal partner application is viable. You have multiple options available to you, even if it risks alienation from your family. These are not legal or immigration barriers.
