Good news for those who applied under new law. Me and my sister both applied seperately under FSW category 1, in may and june 2008 respectively. We both are doctors.She got the request for documents 4 days back.

which consulate did u apply?
We are from Pakistan and applied via Islamabad.
Congratulations. Best of luck. I am little confused. What documents CHC has requested? I am under the impression that all pertinent documents are to be sent with the "Full" application after CIU Sydney approval as per new List 38 ules. Also did you take IELTS or they asked you to take.
they applied in June 2008 before the new rules came out so they sent their application without the documents.
