i am big confusion guys...i have been rejected under spp in sept intake and my comsultant asked me to go for spp intake in next intake which is january. Is it possible to apply under spp in next intake?
When i asked my consultant abut Non-spp he adviced me that if u want to repply in same intake then non spp visa is used but for next you can go for spp.
Please help me
You can never apply under SPP again since you've been refused once under SPP.
Your consultant is an idiot. Find a new consultant or apply on your own.

Ok thank you, but my consultant told me that there is no where written in immigration website that u cant apply in spp again once u get rejected.
This is the reason i am in big dilemma.

Persons who have previously been refused any Canadian study permit application are not eligible to apply under SPP.
Seriously, your consultant is an idiot.

He's an idiot. Fire him. This is one of the most basic study permit rules and it's documented in several places on the CIC web site. Everyone knows you can only apply through SPP once. There's no dilemma.
