Confusion- Wes eca result after ita

I got ita on 26th july 2018 .
I didn't receive Wes eca hardcopy report. I am not sure if I can use soft copy or I need to order duplicate report (this time without standard delivery option)

Experts plz help ...I am very tensed

You can use the soft copy for this.

Soft copy is only required, no need of hard copy.

Hi, pre ITA I didn’t have the ECA, so I said no to ECA. If I get and ITA can I include the ECA report? Do I need to include LOE, or should I decline the ITA?
