Confusion regarding new born and expiry of medical

Dear Experts,

I have received letter from London office regarding the issuance of PR visa and they have request me to provide:
photographs
copy of passport

and these requirement i must have to fullfill within 30 days so they will proceed for step 2 in order to stamp PR on my and my wife's passport.

Now my wife is expecting baby in second week of december 2012 and we had gone through the medical in 15th May 2012 and Immigration section informed us that we have to be in canada before the expiry of Medical which would be 15th May 2013.

Please tell me what to do now? i should follow instructions or i would also write them to provide me requirements needs to be fulfilled for baby?

i think it gonna take more than 6 months to proceed for baby until our medical expires?

your suggestion is required earliest as possible

It will be very quick and they will add baby after birth to your wife's application. You just need to inform them about the birth, fill out some additional forms and submit baby's birth certificate/passport. Mine was born after visa stamped and I am submitting forms etc now and filling paperwork for add on to existing approved application.
