confusion please guide me right way

10th Cbse (2012) - 74%
12th Cbse (2014) - 60% (less than 50 in eco i.e 42)
Course - Business marketing diploma
College - sheridan college
Ielts- 6.5 bands (not less than 6)
Jan 2016 intake
Refused - other reasons- your purposed study is not reasonable as per your past studies ,academic abilities........
Present situation
Graduation BBA (kuk) (2017) - 64% overall ( predicted ) ( 4 backlogs cleared in course time)
Graduation was shown in refused aplication
Will it worth for me 2 apply again for canada ..?

If you already have a bachelor degree - you should be taking a post graduate diploma (rather than just a regular diploma). A regular diploma is a much lower level of education than a bachelor degree and it doesn't make sense for you to be taking that next.

My graduation will cmplete in 2017 as i wrote...nd previously i applied on the base of 12th on which i got refusal and that time i was also pursuing my graduation which i showed in that application...so now i am planning 2 apply after mah graduation bt i am worried bcoz of my last refusal and my backlogs.
