confusion in EE fswp,fst,cec,etc

hi all
i am new to this forum ,can any body tell me in what program i am supposed to apply fswp,fst,cec or any other under EE
i want immigration ,but through which program i am confused about? I have a 2.5 years of work experience an ielts and education up to post graduate
