I am studying Post Graduation (Global Logistics and supply chain management) in singapore. i want to apply for further study in Canada.
Should i be apply for at least Post Graduation equivalent or higher course or i should go for post secondary course as its available in community college for 2 years. Will i still get the visa for post secondary course ?

Post secondary would be after +12 which is lower than your current post graduate course. Even if you take post graduate course visa officer will question why you want to come to Canada when you are in Singapore. You will have to give adequate justification.
From what I see masters is the only logical progression from a post graduate course.
Depends on what course you want to do. Alberta is oil and gas. British Columbia for tourism, Quebec if you are strong in French and anything to do with marketing is in Toronto.
For settling down you will have to ask the PR forum and not the international students forum as we don't know much about that. All college information is now available in google.
