Confusion: do I need to provide residency evidence when renewing PR card for the first 5 year term (will meet RO requirement)

Became PR on 2018-09-13 and will have the 730 days by April of 2023. Since this is the first time renewing the PR card since becoming a PR, will I need to provide evidence? I see in the checklist, it says that "if you were outside Canada for 1095 days or more in the past five (5) years, provide supporting documents as they apply to you based on the situations outlined in Appendix A: Residency Obligation. " Thanks!

Read that as saying "if you were not outside Canada more than 1095 days, don't" (do all that).
