Confusion about Work experience in my own firm

Hello ,
I am from Punjab India.
I want to apply for Quebec in 1april 2015 session,
My doubt is that I am working in my own partnership firm .
How can I show my work experience under my firm as I didn't got fixed salary every month.sometimes its less and sometimes its more.
Can I just show them salary slips by dividing the annual payment equally in all months?
Will they also request for the bank statements?

I am very confused about this.
Is there any way that I can keep it secret that I am partner of this firm and show them on a firm letterhead that I am an employee of the firm.

u should show the details of income tax returns,license ,bills,statuatory declaration and reference letter from colleagues
