Confusion about reference letter

Hi
I got an ITA in the last draw. In my EE profile I had put in all of the part time jobs that I worked as a full time student in Canada. These jobs don't count towards my CRS score but I was still requested to provide reference letters for them.
Can I take these jobs off my profile now, after I have received ITA? Since The employers are not willing to provide any letters for a part time temporary worker from 4 years ago.
I have the reference letters for the jobs that are going towards my CRS.

Are these part time jobs affecting your CRS? If not you could attach an explanation letter.
