Hi experts,

I mailed to CPC-CTD_ottawa asking about my UCI number and status of application. They provided the UCI numbers for me and my wife. But I couldn't understand the following line:

"Our office confirms that your application is at our office and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization."

Does this mean that my application is being processed in Ottawa? Since I'm FSW outland (Medical passed) shouldn't my application have first gone to Sydney, Nova Scotia and then to my LVO (Which, I suppose is Singapore)?

Can anybody please teach me about this?

Once the assessment is completed in Canada, then your file will be moved to LVO. It seems your file is still being processed in Canada. Later on it will be moved to your LVO. Have patience.

But some people's file move to Sydney (Nova Scotia) and then directly to LVO. This is why I'm confused. I heard that now a days IRCC distributes he workload among different visa offices. Is it possible that they have moved my application to Ottawa instead of SGVO?

Your file is at CPC, Central Case processing Centre. It can then be directed to different centres across Canada for checking the R10 and eligibility and then it is sent to LVO. Every file is different. The best way to know the status of your file is to order GCMS notes. If you haven't order yet, do so. You can get the notes from https://www.getgcms.com

Thank You. I'm ordering GCMS now.
