confused

i am confused,i want to study in the field of networkin and information security.as for jan intake most of the univrsties are closed...so i have limited options one is of concordia university college of albera,it is an independent university but participating in pgwp + ocwp http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concordia_University_College_of_Alberta....now pls tell me wt should i opt for masters at concordia univ college or pg diploma in some college in networking???

Masters is ALWAYS preferable... 1 main reason is master's students tend to get visa easily as compared to diploma students...
