Confused who will have a better profile for PNP

I have more than 9 years of experience, 8 years as Manager in IT company and past one year as Recruitment head. I have done MBA. My IELTS scores are as listening 8, reading 7, speaking 7.5 and writing 6. My age is 34. WES is done and is valid for another one and half years.
My wife on the other hand have 4 years of experience as a teacher. IELTS is pending (will get around 6.5 to 7). WES is in progress. She has done MCom and B.ed. Age 33.

Please suggest me who should be primary applicant for PNP.
