Reading the application guide and checklists, I get more and more confused. The VFS University checklist is somewhat different. It has option to include Up-front medical but does not have option to attach scholarship/funding letters and Reference letter by sponsor. Whereas the General checklist has these options but no option for up front medical.
I have a few questions :
1. What category is best for me? I'll be going to UdeM for PhD
2. Can I apply in general? If yes, can I attach up-front medical form to it? (even if it doesn't mention that?)
3. Sponsor's letter should be a notarized affidavit or one on a letter-head will work?
4. Photocopies should be attested/verified? If yes, by whom?
