Confused how to do my ECA as a University Lecturer

I am a physician and also a Lecturer of Nephrology medicine
Under NOC4011 I can be a University lecturer I have 2 questions :-

1-Do I get my masters and Doctorate degrees verified by WES or MCC. I understand that MCC is only if I am applying as a physician but WES can work if I apply as a lecturer?? Please advise on this

2-ALso in NOC4011 it states that professors and lecturers of medicine need to get License/professional certificate?? What does that MEan.

From my knowledge:

1. For WES, please check if your degree and university are available in the following tool.

https://applications.wes.org/ca/degree-equivalency-tool/poe.asp

2. This means you should have a practising license in order to teach future practitioners. And if you have a license in your country, it can be evaluated by MCC only.

a little tricky query, try consulting more users on this forum. Different people have different experiences.
