I searched a lot on this forum, but still cant figure out what would be my NOC if i have telecom related job experience. to be specific: i worked for a mobile network (cellular operator) company as an engineer at field maintenance department, in helpdesk group. I was a senior engineer in helpdesk group and i managed 12 shift engineers who were monitoring cellular network remotely using software. we managed subcontractor field teams, these teams were doing maintenance works on base stations, resolving base station related alarms and etc. I was also responsible for financial part of maintenance jobs. i controlled payments to the subcontractor from company.
i checked cic website and possible NOC, but i am stuck with 0131. But this NOC is for more managerial position, where as i did a lot technical things.
please help me which noc is more suitable to my job experience.
