:-You must seek entry to Canada to obtain your study permit by 2017/04/01 (yyyy/mm/dd).

my courses starts in july 2016 and they will end in December 2016. Could anyone tell me if I will have problems if I cross the border by June 19th.

no issues as not exactly that early before a july 2016 start date
 
The time they have mentioned seems you are allowed to travel before that date, and your TRV will expire after that date.
