Hello, I am filling my express entry application, and I am confused about what I need to choose as my NOC. I am non-technical and have 11 years of experience, eight years of which are in project/program management.
Within these eight years, my job focused on getting products into the market - the first four years were in a telco. I advised management on sales strategies, all while enhancing and deploying national scale systems (products).
For the past four years, I've been managing innovation programs by working as an accelerator manager. I work as a program manager, and I advise startups on developing their products, setting up and enhancing their processes to grow their businesses and solutions.
