I´m so confused about this B4 form. I´ll move back in a couple of months, and my husband is with me as a visitor (if PR is not through yet), and I won´t bring any stuff, instead I wanted to have it send to me a while later. Some clothes, kitchenware, books. Do B4 forms have to be attached to those things? Since they will come later than me? What happens, if there is no B4 to it?
If there's no B4 form, you can expect to pay for some heavy duty fees. So yes, I would include it, unless you have enough money to pay for duty. The title of a B4 is "Goods To Follow" So that's kind of what it's for

You'll need to submit the B4 form when you move back - they will stamp it and then you'll use it to import your goods at 0% duty rate when you ship the goods in the future. You keep the stamped B4 form yourself and just show it in the future (not attach it to the goods) ... or give a copy to the import agent from your shipping company.
Check out my detailed post at http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/b4-help-please-t100666.0.html;msg1465354#msg1465354 with additional details and links to the docs you'll need.
So Oh Canadiana, it means, the goods don´t have to be with me on the day I move back? Theoretically I could have my stuff send to me 2 months later and show the B4 that I will have stamped once I move back?

Yes. To avoid questions, make sure you take photos of any high value items and include them in the B4/B4A packet - the photos will also be stamped by customs.
