Confuse on TRV of SPouse accompanying Student

I am confuse about the TRV form of spouse who is planning to accompanying the student?

Is this a form 5257 (temporary resident visa out side canada) if so...I did not find any option in the purpose of visa... study, tour , others like that.... and in the purpose of visit theer is business tourism and other.... wnd person you are planning to visit.. if spouse is planning to apply togather with the student what he/she will fill in it??

SOmebody please guide me in the regard of a student and his spouse is going togather while one of them applying for study while other on trv.....

there will be 4 forms to fill

1- study permit application made outside canada
2 family information of applicaNT

3- TRV for spouse
4- Famil Information for Spouse......


and please if specimen filling is available do refer me!!

in 5257 there is section for details of visit to canaada select other and write what the reason is in box neat to it.....ur spouse will get a visitors visa and at the port of entry get a visitors permit for the duration of ur study permit.

if student and spouse applying together still u have to fill 2 separate forms.

Thanks mead... on one stage there is written.... whom u wana visit.. person name institution and relation to that person... from this statement it sounds like person will go alone.. but in my case should spouse write down something or leave blank?? if we select purpose of visit other and then in other spouse write.. accompanying spouse of Student??

and down when they ask whom u will visit name and relation... while spouse is traveling together so i need to keep the space black?? or should I again write i am accompanying(husband name) to his studies to canada
