My paper was applied by a conference in Toronto and never been in Canada before, and i am from Iran.
the conference is in November
there is my question:
how i should proceed for visa?
 
By applying for a temporary resident visa. See if the conference will give you a letter of invitation and other proof you have been invited to attend.
