Does anyone knows how to request to defer admission in Conestoga College? and does it pose any kind of consequences... extra charges or ongoing study permit process etc?

Remember, college look into application on case by case. But what I know, you can defer to next intake if your program is available otherwise you can choose one of yours priority programs that you choose when you were applying for admission.

Thank you for the quick response.
My current course is available in next intake. Will contact the college about this.
Has anybody received student visa refusal for the below reasons
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, mark sheets, academic record, and level of establishment, your future prospects and plans and/or language abilities.
And has reapplied again and can help me with more information
Evidently they believe you do not intend to leave Canada after graduation and want to immigrate permanently. If you applied for a post-graduate diploma after being out of school for some time, especially in a different field, you need to justify how a Canadian diploma will improve your job prospects back home and how it is relevant to your previous experience.
You should also show ties to your home country such as family, property, etc.
