Hi everyone!
My husband and I have lived in Nova Scotia since March 2023 and we have a closed work permit for him and an open one for me.
Recently my husband received a promotion thanks to he can apply under the AIP.
My question is "Should he apply for a new work permit that indicates his new position before applying for the PR under the AIP or can he apply with the same work permit?".
