conditional PR card

hi , i applied for my pr card renewal , my case was sent to local office in mississauga from CIC. i had to return to pakistan while case was in local office.. later on i appealed in IAD, i applied for PRTD to let me go to canada to follow my appeal in IAD which was refused. two months later blue letter was received from CIC, stating that you pick up your pr card which wil b conditional for one year and status from cic website changed from in progress to decision made..now i applied again for PRTD and now i got it... i wanna ask i also had sponsored my husband and his applicaton was on pause due to my pr case..can u explain wil they give me pr card or will they again ask for something. secondly will my husbands sponsordhip resume or not ,,
simply what conditions apply for conditional pr card ,,, and what should i do for my case any suggesions..thanks

You get a one year PR card because you are appealing. The same for the PRTD. Your husband's application will remain on hold until the appeal is completed.
