Conditional Offer SFU for Post Grad Diploma May 2017

Hello

l got a conditional offer from Simon Fraser University for a Post Baccalaureate Diploma .I was doing some courses last year when l applied but although l finished those courses l have not yet completed the Qualification itself.

Now Admissions want me to send through my final transcript showing conferral of degree for a Masters Degree l never completed.

I already have a first degree which satisfied the requirements for the programme l applied for but this further information is totally unrelated to the Diploma.

Does anyone have any idea of what l should do as the Admissions department is giving me scripted replies that hardly answer my question.

I do not have the Documentation that they are asking for because l never finished the degree.
