My wife and I collected her passport and COPR from the VFS here in Jakarta this morning. The accompanying letter from SVO stating that they are pleased to issue a PR visa etc states that if any of the information on the COPR is incorrect that the border agent at the time of landing may refuse entry to Canada. Now all of the information is correct, but under conditions it says none when my wife very clearly fits the criteria of having Condition 51 attached to her COPR as we were not married anywhere close to 2 years nor share any children in common at the time we applied. The actual condition being on my wife's COPR or not means nothing to me but my question is will this missing condition cause an issue when landing? After all it is an error in the document..

Thank you for the reply. Yeah, I knew it was being scrapped but hadn't been when my wife's visa was issued so I was wondering if it would have any effect.
Yeah, but the visa was issued Nov 29, and another member I talk to regularly had his wife's visa issued on the same day and they had Condition 51 on theirs so I was a bit confused when we picked it up and saw none for conditions.

no, don't sweat it. based on recent events, it's doubtful anyone's going to be seeing that condition on COPRs anymore. Enjoy the approval!

I've been very inconsistent on the forums lately - last I remember you were still waiting to hear back for an approval, so I'm very happy that your wife received her PR! Congrats!
As for the Condition 51 thing, we got it, not that it matters to us at all, we live together whether it's written there or not, but yes it's still being given out.
If it's not on your wife's COPR, I wouldn't take it as an error. Them not putting it is an arguable point that it doesn't apply to your situation IMO.
