Currently, I am living and working in PEI and I am going to apply for PNP under express entry stream on 9th March because I am going to finish my 6 months on that date, however, I took 2 weeks of vacation during this 6 months so office of immigration told me that you have to add extra 2 weeks after 6 months but if I am going to add that extra 2 weeks then I will submit the application on 23rd March. There is one condition that when you submit an application, you have at least 4 months remain on a work permit and my work permit is going to expire on 19th July.
For the month of March, the draw will be scheduled for 19th March and if I am lucky enough to receive an invitation then according to rule, I have to submit an application on 19th because my work permit is expiring on 19th July but If I am going to submit an application after adding 2 weeks then I will apply around 26th March so on my work permit have less than 4 months.
Should I take a risk because they told me that if you got rejection then you have to wait for another 6 months to re-apply?
Also, they mention that for the 4 weeks of the period you should have at least 120 hours but in my case, for one month I have around 98 and another month I have around 107 hours, so is these fewer hours will create an issue?
