Hi everybody,
I am a PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) applicant who is in the process of getting my PR (Permanent Residency). I have been working in a company since I graduated from a Canadian College. I am going to bridge my open work permit since it may expire before I get the PR final decision. Someone told me that my employer has to login his IRCC employer portal to upload my job offer and pay an compliance fee, so that I can extend my work permit, but I did not see the requirement when I hand in my application in IRCC website.
Please advise whether my employer has to pay the compliance fee and upload an offer under my circumstance. Thanks a lot!

if u are applying bridging open wp then no need to pay compliance fee ! u jus hav to show AOR.
