completed masters in india ..confused about course and clg selection .plz help

hi i hv done mca in india with 83% nd i want to do a 2 pg diploma in big data, networking etc .... some agents told me that my chances for visa in clg would be not as high as in uni ...they suggested me one year graduate certificate in uni of winnipeg coz most of the universities offer msc or phd level courses and i cnt choose them . so wht should i do now ?? i applied for lambton (big data for cloud computing )..plz help ..

ohk thnks ...agent suggested me diploma in networking and it is of 14 months (aug 2018 to oct 2019) . so is this diploma is enough for me to apply for work permit ??coz these days 2 year study(16months) is required to apply for 3 year work permit .. also total fee of this diploma is 21500 dollar ..if i hv to choose study of one more year there, it would be very costly for me ..

no rules r still same ....but yes some clgs hv increased band scores ...
