i have completed b.tech in 5.5 years and i had 15 backlogs during my course.overall percentage is 61.should i apply for canada student visa ?

who is stopping you? you have right to apply ... everyone is applying ... why not you ... try ur luck .. It is not compulsory that you will not get the visa ...
