My consultant applied for the express entry after WES did not recognize my college. She did not make me aware of this until I requested to see my WES report after being denied. During the application process she led me to believe it was recognized and I trusted her.
I have tried to file a complaint with ICCRC and have been waiting for a reply now for over 5 months.
I’ve contacted several attorneys and haven’t found any that would take my case. Can anyone recommend an attorney that will?

My since advice would be to not waste any time and file the PR application on your own instead of wasting time on filing a complaint on your consultant. Nothing worthwhile is expected once the complaint is filed, he/she will still be on the Immigration Consultancy scene. Good luck.

I would have preferred trying for different ECA’s prior to applying for Express Entry however she never told me the results and unfortunately I never asked because I trusted her. She simply said I received your WES and we are all set to apply. I assumed all was good...

Do not give up because of that. There are other ECA assesment bodies that may recognise your certificate. Research ICES, IQAS and a couple others and cgoose the one that's best for you. You can do this whole process yourself.

Yes I know there are more but I am no longer interested. It is no longer worth it for me. As I mentioned, had she made me aware once WES didn’t recognize I would have paid for other ECA’s.
I just want attorney recommendations at this point. I live in the UAE and it’s been challenging finding one.
