Can anyone assist me in University of Toronto Comparative Education criteria. They deduct payment on 22-April-2015 and till day there is nothing from them ???. I want to know

a) Can I call them?
b) I have already get my degrees (colored photocopy of transcript and degree) attested by University in a sealed envelop. Can i send it by myself or not?
