My company doesn't issue ref letter with Canadian address. The letter head contains India address. But I can get it printed within the body of the letter along with other contents (like salary, Job description etc). Will this work? Please help me in drafting a letter which also mentions the Canadian office address along with other details.

For main Reference Letter (CEC NOC ) i would submit all information stated on the paper..how long employed, salary , duties, HR signature and copy of all 25 pay stub( you dont have to submit pay stubs, but i ll do) to be 100 procent sure..

I would say go for it. Make sure that you take a hard copy of letter from the company. Also attach the letter of your assignment stating that you are current on an assignment into canada.
CIC is about working for a Canadian company. It doesn't matter what the structure is, but what does matter is that they have a presence in Canada with Canadian employees. How you are paid doesn't always matter, e.g. Intra-company transferees can be paid by either Canada or the country of the original office, but what matters is they are working on behalf of the Canadian branch and being managed by the Canadian staff.
If your ref. letter has an address outside of Canada on it, then it will suggest to the VO that it's being written by someone out with Canada - and this is a problem. The letter must be written by personnel within Canada. If you don't have this, it will be a problem.
As others have said if it's the best you can get then you can go for it, but don't be surprised if CIC request another letter or even refuse your application. It really depends on how the letter is written and the officer reviewing it.
Personally I'd work harder to get the letter you need before submitting this one.
Indian address is fine as long as it correctly describes the information.
I had my reference letter issued from india as well.
