Communicate if I change my civil status

Hi guys,

Does anyone can help me with this? I got married in July 12 and I sent my Citizenship application on June 12, still I do not get my AOR. Should I communicate my change of civil status or I have to wait to receive my AOR? How I can communicate this change in my status please?
