I am kind desperate of my situation... it's been more than 12 months, all document has been submitted and still nothing..
During the year I called IRCC because I received several messages which don't make sense and the agent told me over the phone that was mistake for certain candidates..
In September I received a message on my IRCC account letting me know a letter was sent to me on April 01, 2021 for the Biometrics assessment, and they are giving me 30 days to do it however I never received this letter..(no email, no letter by mail & all my information are correct). So I called again and they told me to send a message via the web form which i did.
and a week later I received an email with the biometric letter attached... like a flower... without any explanations.. Anyway I did my biometrics and since that nothing..
I got the feeling there is something wrong my file as they did many mistakes with the messages they were sending me..

Is anyone have a clue or is in the same situation or anything actually..

I am stuck with a close work permit .. I don't like my job anymore and anxious every days knowing that i have to work.. this PR is the game changer of my life...I started getting depressed .. i don't even sleep, I stressed 24h..
so any help is welcome!
