Hello i would like to ask something. Because my bf is currently processing his papers bound to canada new found land. He was nominated already and he put his status in nomination papers as a married. He didn't put there that he have a common law. And this time he was completing his papers for work permit and he want to put my name under his common law. Is it possible? Then what proofs do we need to provide as a common law?

Have you lived together for at least one full year continuously? This is what you need to do in order to be classifed as common law. You will need to provide evidence that you have lived together for a full year like joint leases, joing bank accounts, etc.
