So Im mid way through my common law application but my Visa expries in roughly 2 months.

I dont think my OWP will arrive before, will i have to stay on a tourist visa?

What happens if it hasnt arrived by my work visa ending?

It seems you only applied a month or 2 ago, so you aren't even close to mid way yet.

You don't need to leave. If you are currently on an IEC permit, you will have Implied Status as a visitor and will not be able to work after IEC expiry until you get the OWP.
