I'm a full-time brazilian student in an University in Canada in this moment and I have a common-law partner who couldn't come to Canada with me when I moved here, but, now, we want her to come with an open work permit. We have an official contract which says we are in a common-law relationship.
My questions are:
1 - How can we sign IMM 5409 if we are in different countries right now?
2 - What kind of support documentation should we include in our application?
