1) While applying for a study permit and submitting a common-law union form, do I need to also attach these documents which I base my declaration on (e.g. a rental agreement)?
2) If so, would a translated version be enough?
3) What is the maximum size of a file I may upload? This package would be quite large…
4) Is it better to apply together with my partner at the same time? Or should my partner apply after they firstly approve my visa?
5) An extra question: are bank statements enough to prove my founds (non-SDS)?

1. No. Notorized Common Law union form is sufficient, unless if VO request additional proof, then Rental agreement or joint bank account will do
2. All documents need to be in Official Language or translated to Official Language
3. Try to compress the file if the file is above the limit set to upload
4. Its up to you to decide, applying together save time
5. Yes

Thank you a lot!
If speaking of a question number 4 and your answer to it: I’ve always read it would decrease the chance of approval while applying together. Is it true at all?

I dont think so. Whats a difference going solo and then your spouse + children apply later? When they apply, what would be their social tier back home??? I have seen family applications approved
