Hi, I am applying for another extension to stay in Canada longer while I await PR. Now that we are Common Law, must I include a common Law statute with the extension? it shows it in the checklist. Thanks

Hi sorry, one more question. I am filling out the questionnaire and it asks if I will be accompanying a person who has status in Canada. Since I am living with my Common Law partner (she is a citizen) do I click yes?

Nevermind I have found the answer to my question. When asking "how long do you plan on staying in Canada" do I click temporarily 6 more then 6 months?i want to extend for 1 yr. I only plan on staying permanently when my PR gets accepted.

Hm, I would think they do something similar. Dont they have to let you know your application for the extension has been received/they are processing it and its not being returned?

I am now very stressed about this and it seems I will be submitting my extension application 20 days before my status expires rather then 30 Is this a big deal?
Worried as I am extending for the third time without having my PR sent (they other 2 were for 6 months each).
If I mention to them I am sending it two weeks after the extension is sent, I think they will understand though. I am asking for a year this time for the PR wait to go through.
