I dont know what to put in Entry date of common-law are in the application?
My situation a bit confused as my boyfriend(Canadian citizen) moved in with me in Niagara during my school in September 2021-2023 (2years) but he didnt changed his home address on any ID or banking details. The rent paper also not properly from my landlord as we only signed for 2021-2022 and after that my landlord didn’t let me sign other papers so I don’t have proof of living in the address. We have a gap of 8 months after I graduated my school as he moved back to his house in Milton and I still lived in Niagara. After that in Jan 2024 I moved in with him in Milton until now.
We been dating for 5 years and live together for 3 years if you counted Niagara address however I dont have enough proof to show.
My question is Should I enter that dat of January 2024 when I move in with him until now (a year something)? In the common law sponsorship application. Or I should say the date from when he moved with me in Niagara 2021 even though I don’t have proof.
