Currently an international student for the past 3 years and this is my last year of school...been living together for 2 years with permanent resident boyfriend.
I am soon ready to apply for post grad work permit and extension of visa but boyfriend also want to sponsor me this month.
(Would that matter?)
I do want to travel back and forth to my family or even take a vacation at the end of the year.
Is it better if I apply inland or outland?
Can I apply outland and still have my post grad work permit?
Or would I have to apply inland since I will be having my post grad permit ?

If you are in Canada, you should apply for Inland. But IRCC strongly recommends that applicants stay in Canada during the process, because if you are rejected to enter at the border by CBSA your application will be automatically withdrawn.

Hey I was exactly in your situation. I submitted my application for the PGWP last May and my boyfriend submitted his application to sponsor me (outland) last June. Both were approved with no issues whatsoever and since I applied Outland i was able to come in and out of Canada with no issues.
