We have applied under the in-land common-law sponsorship class.
They have asked for more proves of our cohabitation for more than one year and proves of my divorce for the previous marriage that I have proved.
Yet, I have clearly stated that I am still not divorced but of course separated for 4 years now.
If our application was refused
AND
If the judgment of my divorce was finally rendered just after the refusal.
AND
If my sponsor and I got married in Canada after I got divorced.
Can we apply directly after the refusal under the in-land spousal sponsorship??
And if, fortunately, our application is still under process and not refused, can we submit the divorce judgement rendered while our application is still under process and the marriage certificate that will be held after the divorce. Or we should withdraw that same application and apply for a new application under the spousal sponsorship.
Actually we have cohabited for more than 2 years. But, saying that how things work back home we do not have proves such as:
-addresses on the driver's licence
-utilities
I own the appartment long before we cohabited.
We only have a proof that I have granted my partner a supplementary credit card.
But what if after the divorce, we get married in Canada, do we still need a proof of cohabitation?

If that is the only proof you submitted, expect a refusal. You can marry after the divorce and apply again. There is no cohabitation requirement for married apps.
Those are most definitely not sufficient proof. You have to show you've been living together for more than a year. Does she get mail, bills, have her ID cards registered to your address? You have the same address on your bills and accounts? Can you both provide 12 months worth of those bills with the same address? Across multiple bills? Letters from neighbours? Have you added her to your insurance? Etc. etc. etc.
Search these forums for "proof of cohabitation" and you will see many threads with the wide range of proof others have provided.
Neither of those prove you both lived there together for one year.
Actual proofs are utility bills, cell phone bills, credit card statements, bank statements, any mail at the address in individual or both names, Amazon or any other shipping receipts, payslips, government/employment/doctor/dentist/etc. letters, car insurance, IDs, etc. The list goes on.
