Common-law split up at federal stage (Quebec program)

Hi guys!

After obtaining CSQ as common-law partners, my partners and I may plan to break up due to difficulties. But since we already submitted the PR application to CIC as common-law partners. As the principle applicant myself, if I inform CIC of our change of status, does it mean I will also have to obtain a new CSQ therefore start a new application at federal stage? Or I can re-apply as an individual with my current CSQ?
