Common Law PR medical exam

I have looked it up but I am not sure if they have changed it or how exactly it works.

So I have applied for Common Law PR and was wondering if the medical examination does drug test? And if they ask, should I be honest? I don't really do any drug at all but I have tried marijuana a couple times. Does it affect it?
