Hi,

I want to apply for the category of common-law partner.

My sponsor is sponsoring ONLY me.

Should I fill the app IMM5406 for my children under 18 who are not immigrating with me to Canada?

Yes....the principal applicant my declare all dependent children accompanying and non-accompanying in IMM5406.

• any of your children who have been adopted by others,
