I studied here(Canada) for 2 Years and I got 3 year of work permit, I worked for whole 1 year toward the end of my work permit, applied for my PR under CEC, but I can not work now because my work permit has already been expired, and I am on visitor visa , My girl friend is Canadian Citizen, Can I get common law work permit, I heard that there is law that you can get Work permit, if you have common law partner who is Citizen,
any suggestion from you guys would be highly appreciated,
